Hey! I’m Diya - a creative specialising in photography and sometimes dabbling in videography from Luton, England. Photography, for me, is deeply personal. The best way to describe my style is warm, vibrant and rosy, reflecting the world I want to see in my work.
I’m always eager to explore new opportunities and different subjects, pushing my creative boundaries. As a young British South Asian woman, my cultural identity naturally influences my work. A lot of inspiration is found in the dynamism of Indian culture - the bold colours, intricate traditions and evolving narratives. Through my work, I aim to blend the familiar with the undiscovered, capturing moments that feel personal and universal.
Something I’m really passionate about is capturing the realness behind every moment. I’m naturally drawn to the quieter, more genuine moments that can easily be overlooked, because I think they’re often the ones that tell the best stories. Whether I’m working through photography, marketing or social media, I always want what I create to feel authentic and true to the people or brands I’m working with. Which is also why in my work you won’t see any type of heavy editing only a few adjustments here and there.
