GURU FOODS

Guru Foods is an incredible, unique shop hidden within Brighton Market, selling a huge range of foods from all over the world.

My favourite part of photographing this shop was the people because they were always welcoming and encouraged customers to explore the shop without feeling judged for asking questions. Instead, their questions were answered to the best of their ability by the shop owners, Raju and Purnu.

The interactions with their customers were so human, always accompanied by a smile. This is somewhere I would want to keep going back to.
